The Heber Valley Airport hangar project was years in the making before construction ever began, involving seven architects and engineers across multiple design phases. Utah Construction Development was brought in to manage the project at its most critical stage, transforming complex planning into coordinated execution.
With sixteen hangars to deliver, our team led scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and budget control across every phase of construction. Precise timelines, proactive communication, and disciplined financial management were essential to keeping the project on track.
