Michael Peterson
Michael Peterson has been around construction since he was born, growing up in a family of homebuilders where honesty, hard work, and doing things right were simply part of everyday life. After graduating from the University of Utah with a degree in supply chain management, he focused on learning the homebuilding industry from his family business that focused on excavation and custom home builds in Salt Lake and Summit counties. Since starting Utah Construction and Development his focus has been building clear, reliable communication with clients and trades alike. Over time, he’s assembled a trusted team of subcontractors who share his commitment to transparency, quality, and follow-through. Michael brings a hands-on, approachable style to every project and believes great results start with clear communication and trust.
